Sports life of the institute.
From 17 to 20 March 2015, the Institute held a regular championship of Ekibastuz among educational establishments in basketball. The competition was attended by 8 combined teams (boys) and 8 combined teams (women) representing their institutions, colleges of Ekibastuz. At the preliminary stage of the championship, all participants were divided into two groups (of four teams each). The competitions were held in groups in a round robin. The teams which have occupied the 1st and 2nd places, met in the semi-finals. The leaders "converged in the final battle." As a result, the victory in the the city championship in basketball among girls won the team of EETI and among boys the 1st place was taken by the team of EETI. EETI team sports performances at city championship and the institute for 2014-2015 academic year
On 7th of September, 2014 at school №18 a health festival was held, attended by 85 students of 1 and 2 year in running 1600 meters. (Presidential mile), friendly matches were held between the teams of the institute and EKITI college in football among the boys of 11 students and in volleyball among the girls and boys in 6 students in each team. In the park "Shakhter" 10 students among them girls ran 1000m and boys ran 2000m. 8 girls took part in the race for 1 km and 8 boys for 2 km.
On the 10 and 11th of October the city championship in track and field "Autumn cross" among the teams of girls and boys of the institute and high vocational schools was held.
On the 4,5,6 of November the city championship in national game Togyz-kumalak among both girls and boys of the institute and high vocational schools took place, EETI team took the third place.
From the 25th to 28th of November a city championship in table tennis among both girls and boys of the institute and high vocational schools was held, the boys team of EETI took second place in the team.

On the 16, 18 and 20 of February the mass starts, the city championship in cross country skiing, among high vocational schools and high schools were held, which were attended by 16 students from each institution, the EETI team took the third place.
From the 9th to 13th of March the city championship in basketball among the boys of educational establishments was held, which was attended by 8 teams of 10 people, the EETI team took 1st place.
From the 25th to 28th of March the city championship in basketball among the girls of educational establishments, was held, where 7 teams of 8 people participated, the EETI team took 3rd place, EETI college team won the 1st place.
From the 6th to 10th of April the city championship in volleyball among the boys of educational establishments was held, where 8 teams of 8 people participated, the EETI team took 2nd place, the EETI college team took 3rd place.
