On March 30, 2016 on the discipline "Sociology" according to the section "Society as Social System" a business game "Meeting in Akimat following the results of the Year" was held where the first-year students of K. Satpayev Ekibastuz technical and engineering institute participated (The teacher – professor, the Doctor of Philosophy N. A. Kebina).

The Students reincarnated in the roles of officials responsible for certain spheres of public life of the city. The role of akim was acted by Alexander Komarov. The reports of the head of department of civil registration (Abrayev Amir); deputy akim for social problems (Gabduova Bekzad); chairman of public fund "Detstvo" (Ayupova Zilia); the chief of the department on emergency situations (Khusainov Farkhad); head department of affairs of defense of MRE (military registration and enlistment office) (Babylbek Ayan); the head city territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in Agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture (Murzagaliyev Mintimir) were heard.

The Students were faced by the task not only to make annual reports on various fields of their activity, but also to convince public by own ethics of business communication, oratory. Abrayev Amir and Ayupova Zilia's performances were the most convincing.
